If your scan is of poor quality (blurred images, cropped sections, incorrect scan reports, etc.), our specialists will let you know. In this case: ● You will receive a message explaining the issue. ● We will advise you on whether the scan needs to be repeated. ● If a repeat scan is required, you can contact any diagnostic centre that is convenient for you. ● Once the repeat scan has been carried out, you can re-upload the scan. Our aim is to provide a high-quality report that will help your doctor make an accurate diagnosis.

Yes, you can easily pay for the service from anywhere in the world. We accept: bank cards (Visa / MasterCard / Apple Pay / Google Pay); payments via Lycpay; SWIFT international transfers (upon request). Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email and your order status will be updated automatically.
No, a photo taken on a mobile phone is not suitable for this purpose. To make an accurate diagnosis, the doctor needs the original DICOM file — this is the file that contains all the information about the image (slices, scan parameters, radiation dose, etc.). A screenshot or a JPEG/PNG image does not allow you to: ● view the scan in all projections ● adjust brightness, contrast and zoom ● carry out a thorough analysis of abnormalities. If you have a CD disc or USB stick, simply upload the DICOM files via the form on the website. It’s easy and takes up to 5 minutes.
Your scan will only be viewed by licensed radiologists and medical staff at the company who are directly involved in reviewing your results. The administrator assigned to you also has access to the study — solely for the purpose of resolving organisational issues (for example, if the file won’t open or there are difficulties with payment). 🔒 All data is protected in accordance with medical confidentiality standards and is not shared with third parties.
We accept medical images in DICOM format. Please upload them in a .zip, .rar or .7z archive.
Your scans are stored for 15 days after the report is finalised, after which the images are automatically deleted from the system.
You will receive the results by email as soon as the doctor has completed the report. For urgent reports, the report is sent as a priority.
